Its purpose is simple: to help you sharpen the skills that let you enter the job market and professional life with confidence after graduation. Workshops, summer placements, competitions and structured training — run with leading universities in Yemen, and taught by the people who do the work.
Four ways in
Tamheed builds career readiness through workshops on interviews, CVs, public speaking and entrepreneurial thinking. The Summer Internship places you inside real projects for two months, with mentorship throughout. The University Competition turns what you have studied into something you build and show. Entilaqa takes recent graduates through 24 months of paid, structured training — on-the-job learning, job rotation and full employee benefits, with a route into a permanent role.

Tamheed (نواة المستقبل) is a pioneering career readiness program designed to empower and prepare Yemeni university students before graduation. Conducted through a series of interactive workshops (webinars), the program serves as a knowledge and practical bridge, equipping youth with the essential skills to transition successfully into the professional work environment.
Entilaqa — graduate programme
24 months of paid, structured training for recent graduates.
On-the-job training, skill-building sessions, peer learning and job rotation. Trainees receive the same benefits as HSA Group employees — monthly salary, medical insurance and social security — and may be offered employment based on their performance during the programme.
