To provide a secure and confidential reporting avenue, HSA Group has established a 24/7 Reporting Helpline, which is operated by an independent third party, to enable you to anonymously report concerns regarding perceived violations. While we respect your choice to remain anonymous throughout the process, maintaining open communication may allow us to conduct a more comprehensive investigation. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you will be assigned a confidential identification number to enquire about the status of your alleged concern.

Social And Environmental Reporting

HSA Group has adopted a grievance mechanism to monitor and resolve any potential issues with community stakeholders who may be affected by its social and environmental impact. As a result, we have partnered with a third-party organisation, NAVEX, to establish a fair and transparent process that is readily accessible to all segments of the community, at no cost and without retaliation. Our Community Grievance platform is an anonymous channel for reporting concerns and grievances in relation to the organisation’s social and environmental impact. We value your input and encourage you to utilise this platform to contribute to our ongoing commitment to have a lasting, positive impact on the planet and in the communities we serve.
